Seat guarantee on regional buses

Purchasing a ticket for a regional bus does not guarantee a seat. If the bus you are travelling on is full, we will do our best to provide an additional bus so that everyone can travel.

From 1 February 2026, a seat guarantee will apply on express boats throughout Troms county. In practice, this means that you buy a ticket in advance for a specific departure and are guaranteed a seat on board.

Seat guarantee on ferries

It is not possible to reserve a seat on board our ferries.

Booking of space for tour buses

Tour buses may make advance bookings on the following routes. This does not apply to private vehicles – only tour buses.

• Route 180 Andenes-Gryllefjord
• Route 181 Botnhamn-Brensholmen
• Route 190 Lyngseidet-Olderdalen
• Route 191 Breivikeidet-Svensby

Routes 180

• It’s only possible to book space for one bus per departure.

Route 181

• It’s only possible to book space for one bus per departure, except:
  • Weekdays and Saturdays 10.45
  • Sundays 10.15
