What is FerryPay?

FerryPay is a simple payment solution for vehicles travelling by ferry. This is a good option if you don’t have an AutoPASS tag or AutoPASS for ferry prepayment agreement.

• The FerryPay agreement applies to all ferries in Norway that are part of the AutoPASS for ferry scheme.
• All our ferries use the AutoPASS system.  
• The vehicle’s number plate is automatically read when you drive onto the ferry and linked to your FerryPay agreement.
• The credit/debit card you have registered on your agreement is then automatically charged for one full price fare per ferry journey.

What are the benefits?

• You avoid receiving an invoice and invoice fee by post.
• You receive your receipts by email.
• You can add and remove as many vehicles as you wish on your agreement, including vehicles you don’t own but wish to pay ferry journeys for.
• You can select a start and end date for the period you wish to pay for each vehicle’s ferry journeys. The start date can be set to two days prior.
• You gain access to My Page, where you can:
  • Change which payment card you want to use on the agreement
  • Add and remove vehicles on the agreement
  • Choose how long a vehicle will be active on the agreement
  • Download your receipts
  • See a complete overview of time, place, ferry connection and price of completed ferry journeys
