☝️ As of 1 February 2026, you can no longer use travelcards on express boats. If you have credit on your travelcard that you cannot use, you can  apply for a refund here.

• Tickets and pay-as-you-go credit bought in the webshop are available within three hours.
• As products are activated when you use your card, the message on the way to your card will appear in the webshop until you use your card.
• It’s sometimes necessary to hold your card against the ticket validator to activate purchases. We recommend holding your card against the validator for 3-4 seconds and then repeating this process to ensure your card is updated.
• System errors can occur that may lead to purchases not being activated and tickets/credit not being ready for use when you plan to travel. Please contact us if you experience errors.
