Ticket purchase via Entur

You can buy bus and express boats tickets on entur.no and in the Entur app. These tickets function the same as tickets bought in the Svipper app.

• If you buy your ticket on entur.no, you will receive your ticket as a PDF document by e-mail. 
• If you buy your ticket in the app, you will find your ticket there. 

How to buy a ticket on entur.no

1. Visit entur.no.
2. Click on Log in in the top right-hand corner.
3. Enter your email address to receive a one-time code.
4. Enter your one-time code and click Continue.
5. Search for your journey by entering your departure point and destination (for example: From Tromsø - To Harstad.).
6. Select one-way or round-trip.
7. Select your desired departure (date and time).
8. Click Search
9. Select the trip you want. 
10. On a computer, tickets are displayed in the blue section on the right. On a mobile, you need to scroll down. 
11. Select the desired number of tickets and ticket category. 
12. Click Next 
13. Confirm that you want the ticket sent to you by email. 
14. Select your payment method (Vipps or payment card). 
15. Complete your purchase. 
16. You can either download your ticket straight after completing your purchase or from the email you receive (Please note: You will receive one email with your receipt and another with your ticket).

Cancellation of tickets

You can cancel your ticket in the Entur app or on entur.no up to one hour before the scheduled departure time.
