WebshopYou can top up your pay-as-you-go credit in our webshop.Tickets and pay-as-you-go credit bought in the webshop are available within three hours.If you are travelling by boat in the next 48 hours, we recommend that you top up your credit on board.As products are activated when you use your card, the message on the way to your card will appear in the webshop until you use your card.It’s sometimes necessary to hold your card against the ticket validator to activate purchases. We recommend holding your card against the validator for 3-4 seconds and then repeating this process to ensure your card is updated.System errors can occur that may lead to purchases not being activated and tickets/credit not being ready for use when you plan to travel.
