Ticket refund The Svipper App

Validity, activation and cancellation

Tickets purchased using the Svipper app (single and period tickets) are activated at the time of purchase unless you have specified a later activation time. or bought seat on a chosen departure on speed boat. Tickets cannot be cancelled once they have been activated.

Refund of single ticket on bus

Tickets will only be refunded if you can demonstrate a fault at the telecommunications service provider or in the app that led to you buying several tickets. Please contact us if you require assistance.

Cancellation of tickets

You can cancel your ticket in the Svipper app up to one hour before departure. Please note that it will take a few days until the amount is back in your bank account.

How to cancel your ticket: 

• Click on Tickets in the menu at the bottom
• Click on My tickets in the menu at the top
• Click on Cancel purchase
• Select Cancel purchase again

You will not receive a refund if you cancel your ticket less than one hour before departure. 

Refund of period ticket

An activated period ticket bought using the Svipper app cannot be stopped. Consequently, there are no grounds for a refund. Buying the correct ticket type is your own responsibility.

Requirements for order ID

To be able to help you, we need to know your order ID (8 characters - numbers/letters).  You'll find the order ID by finding your ticket in the Svipper App, click show details. The order ID is at the bottom of the page. This must be stated when you contact us regarding refunds.
